Suicide is now the # 1 cause of death in the US. It bumped heart failure – previously # 1 – off its block.
Our military is leading the way in making suicide # 1. Our military personnel are committing suicide at alarming rates – dubbed the “suicide train”.
Are Americas wars literally killing the very men and women fighting these wars? Beyond the horrors of war is regular life. Too many of our fighting forces cannot face the brutality and stress of war. When they arrive home many cannot deal with real life.
The horrors they witnessed are supposed to be left behind, like an old burned out tank or spent rocket, but we cannot compartmentalize our feelings and only keep the good-feeling experiences. War and its atrocities come home inside the men and women who participated in them.
Everything they do is tainted with the horrors they committed or watched be committed. We justify these atrocities with tidy terms like, “casualties of war” and “collateral damage”, but the innocent children, women, and men paid the ultimate price for our war with their lives and livelihoods.
America’s leaders – both democrat and republican alike – explain to the American people, that these families and countries must be sacrificed for the greater good. But we are not encouraged, or even allowed, to question for who’s greater good we are fighting.
Our military personnel soon find out that these innocent people are being slaughtered for the business interests of the multinational corporations and the families that own them. For the resources of the countries we wage war on, and the financial ill-gotten gains.
Brigadier General Smedley Butler, explained our military’s agenda in his book, “WAR IS A RACKET” published in 1935, “A military industrial complex eager to murder both foreign and native-born children for the sake of profit” He went on to chronicle the profits made before war and during war by numerous corporations, with international bankers at the top of the cash-pile.
He continued, “War is how the 21,000 millionaires and billionaires (remember this is 1935) got that way. This 16 billion in profits is not to be sneezed at. It is quite a tidy sum, and it went to very few.” Even in 1935, the few reined supreme, and had plans for global domination. The majority of humans on planet earth – the 99 % – were already being used in a rigged game with corporate elites and debt mongers leading the way.
We have heard a lot about the “few” who are getting richer despite the 99 % getting poorer. We mistakenly believe it is by accident. The bankers and wall street seemed to lose the ability to do simple math or use a calculator, when they tanked the global markets in 2008 with their greed driven “vehicles”. They sold 600 trillion in bad “bets and swaps” to everyone on earth, and they knew it! They deregulated – with the help of Pres. Clinton and congress – every safety net designed to safe guard, We the Peoples wealth and rights.
One would have to be a complete rube to swallow that load of hoo-ha! Or a trusting American who mistakenly believes their elected officials are working for them. The world calls us sheep, because we are conned into believing lies and fed deception as truth.
Around the world, we have witnessed countless billionaires popping up when the gap between the rich and the poor is ever-widening. The 6 current Wal-Mart heirs own more wealth than the bottom 42 % of Americans. That is not through their hard work and smart investments, but by rigging the American Capitalist system to favor themselves.
The American people – and the world – are the price-payers, who pay with their blood, sweat, and tears, and who earn less than enough to feed themselves, for the pleasure of doing all the work.
Americans are spoon fed a narrative that the 99 % are lazy whinny sods who want everything handed to them in return for nothing. Yet most of us are working for less than we made 30 years ago! Again, that is no accident, it is an agenda, the plan.
If the robber-barons had it their way, their workers would still be working 6 days a week, 12 hours a day, for pay that didn’t even feed their family let alone usher in the “American Dream”, which for many has become the “American Nightmare”. Carnegie, Rockefeller, Dupont, Rothschild et all, rake in the profits and give next to nothing in return. How do they think they reached the lofty heights of their ivory towers? The workers around the globe, that’s how!
We the duped Peeps, always get handed their enormous war bills . . . hundreds of dollars billed for a wrench, 30 $ for a coke, and on and on the $$$ war machine goes.
We are still getting those war bills to the tune of trillions of dollars, all for the sole purpose of the destruction of people and property, and to appropriate their land and resources. Then the bankers come in and scoop up the assets and implement a Central Bank to exact economic control on that country and its people.
We the People, of earth, are not lazy and do not want anything handed to us. We are hard workers, and proud of it. We are tired of being used as the scapegoat while the real crooks are sneaking all we hold dear out of the back door.
We are sick of dying for nothing – and of our children dying for nothing – and sacrificing our lives to deceit, manipulation, and lies. The advertising campaign of War, “Liberty, Justice, and Freedom” has turned sour and is stinking a wretched foul smell.
These are some of the reasons our brave fighting forces are murdering themselves. We in America had better wake up and stop the atrocities being done in our name! We are guilty by association. We are guilty of the passive crime of complacency and ignorance. We stick our heads in the sand, and sing la-la-la-la-la, so that we do not have to hear it. But that allows the gross injustices, the anti-freedom agenda, and the liberty crushers to work with impunity.
We are the only people in the world that can stop the war machine’s industrial complex . . . it is Americas baby. A hideous malicious sociopathic baby bent on domination and destruction. It is ours to kill, and we must for the sake of ourselves, our children, and humankind.
The next time you hear about suicide taking the # 1 spot, you may ponder the reasons why. Support our troops by bringing them home, and never send them out to fight a war on foreign soil for the resources found there, in the name of profit for greed driven corporations who represent the 1%.
It is time to end all wars on planet earth, and boot out the racketeers that have dealt the regular people of earth a deadly blow, all in the name of piling up trillions of blood soaked dollars in the almighty name of profit.
